Change of Journal Submission Link

Dear Authors,

We no longer accept new submissions via our OJS website.

We have now migrated our submission link from OJS to UDSM Digital Commons, which is hosted by Elsevier.

Therefore, from July 23, 2025, onwards, we will only process new submissions on UDSM Digital Commons, available at: https://commons.udsm.ac.tz/tjet/.

Manuscripts already under review in the OJS system will continue to be processed and available to authors and reviewers on that platform until completion.

Please note that the OJS login link will eventually be deactivated once all pending manuscripts have reached a final decision.
