Organisations that cause or manage change are to be
around and successful in the next Century. They are the
ones using the future to manage the present [ €¦] They
are constantly causing change [ €¦] Such companies are
market and customer-focused and are led by skilled
people who have a vision of what will take place
tomorrow.
