Aims and scope

Tanzania Journal of Sociology is a yearly publication that seeks to addresses sociological issues from a multi-disciplinary perspective. It aims to generate engaging scholarly articles in the field of sociology, anthropology, social work, psychology and related fields of social sciences. The Journal encourages up-to-date empirical papers of both theoretical and policy research, analytical review articles and book reviews, focusing on local and global concerns. Our goal is to create a platform for scholars, seasoned and upcoming, from Tanzania and the international research community, to explore the critical yet creative aspects of scholarly writing and knowledge sharing.
