Peer Review Process
EAJoCS follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process, ensuring the anonymity of both authors and reviewers. Each submission is reviewed by at least two experts, maintaining high research quality and integrity.
Review Outcomes
- Accept – Published without modifications if no revisions are required.
- Minor Revision – Authors revise and resubmit within two weeks; final decision may not require re-review.
- Major Revision – Authors revise extensively within one month; re-evaluated by reviewers before a final decision.
- Reject – Manuscripts are declined due to significant flaws, plagiarism, or non-compliance with journal guidelines.
Reviewers assess submissions based on relevance, originality, accuracy, novelty, language clarity, significance, presentation, and applicability. EAJoCS uses an online rubric system for evaluations and allows reviewers to provide confidential feedback on critical issues, including plagiarism.
The editorial decision process typically takes three to six months from submission to publication. All final acceptance decisions rest with the Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editors, ensuring the highest publication standards.
