EAJoCS supports open access, ensuring all research articles and supplementary materials are freely available to readers. Publications are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License, allowing users to print, share, and distribute content while respecting authors' rights.

Authors retain ownership of their work, while the journal holds copyright to safeguard against legal issues. Articles submitted or published by EAJoCS cannot be republished elsewhere without permission from both the authors and the journal. This policy promotes global knowledge exchange and encourages cutting-edge research in communication studies.
