Statement of Malpractice

Kioo cha Lugha journal encourages conformity to the best standards of publication ethics and takes serious measures against any author who commits publication malpractices. Authors are urged to only submit original research works to maintain the reputation of the journal. Unethical behaviours such as submitting the same paper to more than one journal and plagiarism are unacceptable. Manuscripts that have already been published or are under review by other journals should not be submitted. Authors should provide an appropriate acknowledgement of the work of others. They are responsible for obtaining written permission from the respective source to reproduce any material (such as a photograph, website content, and diagram) in which they do not own the copyright. If a paper is co-authored, the corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors are included on the paper, and have agreed to its submission for publication. The journal reserves the right to retract the already published works if discovered that contains plagiarized information or other forms of publication malpractices.
