ii. Publication Policy
The Journal does not charge any fee for publishing accepted manuscripts. All manuscripts should be submitted to one or both of the following emails: kiswahili.udsm@gmail.com, kiswahili1930@udsm.ac.tz.
Upon publication of the accepted manuscripts, authors will receive a soft copy of their article and a complimentary print copy of the Journal in which their articles appear.
ii. Plagiarism Policy
All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin software. When a similarity score goes beyond 20%, the author(s) shall be obliged to revise the manuscript. If the percentage of plagiarism is extreme and it becomes evident that the manuscript was plagiarized, the manuscript is outright rejected and authors shall be required to write a formal letter of apology to the Editorial Committee.
